87bd protection is an online gaming and sports betting platform. This Agreement applies in both English and Bengali; in the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version shall prevail.

The platform provides casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting services. 87bd protection reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game or service at any time without prior notice.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register on 87bd protection and participate in any gaming or betting activity. Providing false information during age verification will result in immediate account closure, and any funds in the account may be forfeited.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended, bonuses will be cancelled, and any remaining balance may not be refunded.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — must be accurate and up to date. You may be asked to present a government-issued ID during the verification process.

• Name change requests are accepted only in limited cases; a valid reason must be demonstrated.

3.1 Login and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and notify the 87bd protection support team.

3.2 Account Deactivation

If an account has no activity for 180 days, it may be marked as inactive. To reactivate an inactive account, you must contact support. Any balance in an inactive account will remain secure.

3.3 Account Closure

87bd protection reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons: fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, suspected money laundering, or exploitation of platform technical vulnerabilities.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit amount at 87bd protection is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The payment method and account number used at the time of deposit are verified.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. A successful withdrawal request is generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Verification Process

Identity verification may be required for withdrawal requests above a certain amount. This process may require a copy of your national ID card or passport, proof of ownership of the payment account, and proof of current address.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds an extra ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be completed.

Note that the wagering requirement on the bonus is 20 times — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before any winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they can only be used for betting or gaming.
• 87bd protection reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If fraud or manipulation is found in meeting bonus terms, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
• Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Regular members receive weekly cashback benefits through the VIP program. Cashback is a fixed percentage of the net loss for the relevant week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, a Gold-tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is finally accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 87bd protection reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a sports event is cancelled, abandoned, or ends before the scheduled time, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. For multi-bets, the voided selection will be removed and the remaining selections used to calculate the result.

6.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

87bd protection reserves the right to set a maximum payout on single bets or parlay bets. 87bd protection is not obligated to pay any winnings above the set limit.

6.4 Live Betting

Odds are subject to change during live betting. If odds change after a bet is submitted but before the system confirms it, 87bd protection may accept or reject the bet at the new odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 87bd protection:

• Operating bets or games using fraud, manipulation, or bots.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts ("bonus hunting").
• Manipulating bets in collusion with others ("match fixing-related bets").
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's software, systems, or games.
• Collecting personal information from other members or harassing them.
• Betting on political events or using the platform for criminal purposes.

8.1 Technical Issues

87bd protection's liability is limited if any bet or game is disrupted due to server downtime, network issues, or a third-party service provider. In such situations, the relevant bet or game session will generally be considered void.

8.2 Financial Losses

There is a possibility of financial loss in online gaming and betting. 87bd protection is not liable for any financial loss arising from a member's betting or gaming. The member is solely responsible for their own decisions.

8.3 Third-Party Content

Games available on the platform are developed by third-party developers — such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Evolution. 87bd protection is not directly liable for their technical errors or game performance.

11.2 Continued Use After Changes

If you continue using the platform after revised terms are published, you will automatically be considered to have accepted the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, it is recommended that you withdraw any existing balance before closing your account.

11.3 Language of Agreement and Legal Jurisdiction
